This is the ninth truck I have purchased from Northside Ford. I continue to go back to Northside Ford because we have developed a trusting relationship. I have been a happy and very satisfied customer of Northside Ford for several years. Before I came to Northside, I hated bringing my Ford to ANY car "place" for service. A good friend of mine recommended Northside. It was a perfect match, my love of Fords and a group of true gentlemen that know how to take care of customers, regardless of gender. Plus they’re open almost 24 hrs. this is very handy when a "need" comes up out of the blue.

Recently I had an incident that really brought that very thing home to me.... My vehicle quit (yes, sometimes even FORDS have issues) on a dark, stormy night --no kidding! I was able to coast to a somewhat safe area before it totally died on me. I immediately called Northside. They were concerned for my safety, and not only got a tow in record time.... I was picked up by an employee, BEFORE the tow truck got there -- taken back to Northside and given a loaner car, so I could get to my destination on time. I can also tell you this – men may not mind sitting in a car, feeling like a sitting duck, -- women (at least this one) not so much! I have no doubt this was not an isolated incident, this is how this business is run – and as a woman in a very stressful situation, as much as I hate to admit it – I felt very vulnerable, and really appreciated their efforts and concern.

Northside is always there; they are honest... and won’t try to sell you something that is not necessary or needed. They have personality, kindness and the concern to take care of your needs as quickly, efficiently. They want you back on the road, as much as you do.

The gentlemen at Northside Ford Trucks were great! I went to look at the Transit van with no intention o buying it that day. They were so well versed in the product with absolutely no pressure. I informed them up front that I was only looking and would like a cost estimate. After looking at and driving the Transit, I was given a price. It was one I couldn't refuse, so I wrote a check for the amount and drove the Transit home that day. I was only at Northside Ford for about one and Half hours TOTAL, and 30 minutes of that was waiting for them to prepare the van so I could take it home. I was and am totally pleased.
